ORDER SHIPMENT POLICY
We will notify you:
- When we receive your order.
- When your jewelry has been sent.
IN-STOCK ITEMS:
Most pieces we offer are will be made for you and shipped immediately. Will usually ship next business day via first class postage if your order is placed by 12 noon (CST). Late afternoon, evening, and nighttime orders ship within 2 business days. If there is a reason for shipment delays, it will be on our "About Us" page. This is usually not be a problem. With young children all around, vacations and business trips are rare these days.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:
The description page will let you know if an item is out-of-stock. This is the same for "very limited quantity" items. It usually means the beads are hard-to-find types, or not readily available. You may e-mail us to find out when a particular item will be returning to stock. Our product line is constantly changing; however, there are some items that will be continuously offered.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
(i.e. wholesaler purchases, bridal party jewelry, etc.) Will ship as soon as possible. We will communicate with you approximate delivery dates, dollar amounts, deposits required, etc.
